LitSpace: immigrant workers, entrepreneurs and trade

A two-mode network of the economic literature on immigrants, entrepreneurship and international trade. Papers are circles; the features that position them in the literature (who the immigrant is, the unit of observation, the outcome, the identification strategy and the country) are the shaped nodes. Papers that share more features sit closer together. The red node is the reference paper, a work in progress on the firm-level trade-creating effects of immigrant workers and entrepreneurs in Italy; letters A–E are the strands of its literature review.
